Found this today, dunno if its been posted before or not, but here goes.

In Stonetalon mountains you get a "title" vendor, who sells greens depending on your current Rank. You get the rank (i.e. Sergeant) by doing quests in that zone.

The quatermaster is this: Krom'gar Quartermaster - NPC - World of Warcraft

As you can see, you can buy items for as low as 20-smth silver, and YOU CAN DISENCHANT THEM.

You get Soul dust (1-3) or Astral essences (lesser AND greater). Which makes this not also extremely enjoyable for people leveling enchanting, but also highly profitable, given proper market prices.

may want to give an idea of how much profit you could make from this. The prices on my server for these mats are less than 1 gold each so it kinda seems like a waste of time since not many ppl buy these mats.

not an exploit dude. and those mats go for less than 1 gold on my server. Don't those items go on cooldown after you buy them from a vendor?

They dont go on cooldown. Unlimited supply. I just bought/dissed ~250 of these

As i said, prices differ. On my realm dust costs ~50s each, essences ~12g each.
Bracers cost 25s.
Which means that no matter what i get from disenchant, i will get at least 100% profit, with a chance of getting 4800% profit (unless i failed at simple math, which is quite probable).
Even if its not, it still means you can easily get mats for leveling your chanting.

Also note the "minor" part of the topic name.

Edit: Not an exploit? So essentially being able to get unlimited amount of disenchanting mats for a very low price is intended? ok.
