Disclaimer: I DID NOT find this exploit myself, but I think it's important to share such things with the mmowned community. And please excuse me for my terrible english btw.

Brutal Earthstorm Diamond
+3 Melee Damage and Chance to Stun Target
Requires at least 2 Red gems
Requires at least 2 Yellow gems
Requires at least 2 Blue gems
Item Level 70
"Only fits in a meta gem slot."

Brutal Earthstorm Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft

Advantanges:

-It can interrupt casts
-When you spam FoK To put up mind-numming it can aoe stun people
-It can slow people down
-It can proc over itself and on multiple targets

Disadvantage:

-You don't control it
-It has a 1% proc BUT!
Mutilate uses daggers,
Mutilate uses slice and dice
Mutilate hit's with both weapons
FoK can hit many targets

Some people will probably argue that it's intended and/or common sense, but the past tends to show that such items are hotfixed quickly (silencing blades from Scholomance on S5 DK anyone?). If this reason isn't enough, see this as a guide (or feel free to put this in the guide section if you are a mod )

Ok, let's take an example. For example, the last hotfixes.
"Lifebound Alchemist Stone can no longer be disenchanted"
Of course it was writen that you could disenchant those Alchemist stones. But why has it been hotfixed ? Because it was not working as intended by th dev team.
Same here, arguable, but they probably don't expect you to use this in 85 pvp. And it will be hotfixed.

Oh, and, if you don't find this useful, just don't give me any rep, but you have no excuse to act like that with me ("Remind yourself mmowned is a family forum"). And I hope some people be happy to read this and have an edge over their opponents while it last. And that is the only reason I posted this, share it with other interested mmowned members, because I like this forum where I find useful guides/exploits I use on a daily basis (disenchant Carnelian Spike for example).
But your reaction make almost regret having posted this :'(

No, it doesn't because, if there is a DR, the proc will trigger the uncontrollable stuns diminishing returns timer and not the controlled stuns dr timer.
I am still testing if it trigger the uncontrollable stuns dr timer but it's hard to have 2 procs in less than 15 seconds; however, even if it is the case, it will do what is interesting: interrupting your target.

This is intended, not a bug, not an exploit, aka it doesn't belong here. It has nothing to do with what blizzard thought you would and would not do. It's against the rules of this section. End.

EDIT: The chances of this actually being useful in any way at all is 0.0001% and is pure luck based (probably even way lower), you're losing overall stats and dmg and in the long run I would still use the crit/incr dmg meta gem. FoK aoe stun? Might aswell win the lottery! Oh and you can call that an exploit too caus they are (almost) giving out money!!!

Not many people browse around Arena junkies forums so i think of few of us (including me) appreciate you postin it here, as the first thing i read was ur disclaim of the post

I will try this out since my current gem and this one are very cheap in my server. I hope i doesn't DR my kidney shot as that plus Smoke Bomb is what wins games on my 2s and 3s

As for this gem, I think that this kind of things can win games. For example, I use the reflection meta on my druid & lock (and we are speaking of 2k7+ xp, and a lot of other high rated players use it too).
However, you will probably find the AGI/incr dmg (that's not crit anymore, Kagekongen) meta more useful when the patch hit, but that's not the case as of today with the retarded requirement.

EDIT: Kagekongen, I think you don't understand basic logic. While I am quoting 2 STATEMENTS you have made and that contradict each other, you have quoted a bunch of words and gave to them the signification you wanted to. But everybody is able to read your full post and see the contradiction, you know.

So basicly, after 4.0.6 comes out, we're back to the Agi/+3% days? (Changing subject :P) Cause i think the 6s Haste gem and the Chance on Stun one are still better than the Chaotic one...

Yep, Agile Shadowspirit Diamond will probably be your best bet. Best passive stats and better burst, and everybody knows that burst win games ^.^
