Prenerf density / respawn herb+minig spot

Today i stumbled across an area in deepholm that didn't got hit by the nerfbat. The only downside is that you have to be on a specific quest so you are phased to this special area (atleast thats what i think what causes it).

At times there are up to 5 nodes up at once on my minimap and the respawn is pretty decent too. Kinda like that lake area with this insane tiger lily spawns in borean tundra only more... cataclysmic.

What you will be collecting are Cinderblooms, Heartblossoms and Elementium Ore.
You have to be at the quest Rescue the Stonefather... and Flint to be phased to this area which causes the high density/respawn (again this is altleast what i think what causes it since i never before had so many spawns in this area before i've quested in deepholm).

Here's a pic with the location plus what i've gathered in about 45 minutes. (its in deepholm obviously)

    Have Fun!

Ive been farming this area a good couple of hours now and this is only my unconfirmed thoughts:

I think the phased area possibly shares its respawn rate with the non phased area. This may mean that if a node or herb spawns
in the non phased area you A) cannot see it and B) it wont have a chance at spawning in the phased area til it gets picked or mined.

However once a node or herb spawns in the phased section it cant be seen outside so you would have sole claim to it, unless others are
phased as you are. And since the phased area only applies to the one quest youll almost have the entire area to yourself. If you leave the
area for 20mins for example, you should find it completely full with herbs and nodes, give or take the amount of people farming to reset the
    node/herb to the phased section.

You may be completely lucky enough to keep getting phased respawns. As I said this at the moment is just my thoughts after being here a couple of hours and its a great spot.

I'm going to guess that the re-spawn rate is tied to the zone as I too have waited 20 minutes to get 1 or 2 re-pops. A trick you can try as well as you run around and farm, if you abandon the quest you can get to mines and herbs that may have spawned under the phased area. Simply re-acquire the quest after farming the spot to go back to your phased personal farming spot...

All phases of areas share the same nodes... I have the loremaster of Deepholm done on my mage, yet these nodes still pop up quite a bit.

Confirmed! As many others have already stated, this definitely depends on other people gathering in the zone.

I've been farming this area by switching between the phases. I take the quest and gather all the herbs, then abandon and sweep the area again. I'm usually able to gather 2 nodes in the unphased(no quest) area. After doing an unquested sweep, I'll grab the quest again and keep repeating.

If I sweep through the area in both phases without finding any nodes, I'll actually do one circle around the zone with some pretty good luck on nodes.

    -edit-
Another big tip is to fly around the said area slowly. On multiple occasions, it's taken a long time for nodes to phase in.
