Kitable Level 85 Mobs Kill Other Players

In the Vermillion Redoubt of Twilight Highlands there are weakened red drakes being attacked by Twilight Wyrmkillers. Healing the weakened red drakes will piss off the Wyrmkillers and they will aggro you. Once you have threat on these Twilight Wyrmkillers they will not lose aggro. You don't need to attack to keep them in combat.

So, these drakes will follow you forever. But, what is so special about them is that they will periodically stop and cast a breath of fire cone in front of them that will damage any player and most NPCs.

Kite them to some lowbie zones and chase people around with your new pet dragon!

You can CC them, but make sure you don't put too much distance between yourself and the mobs or they will despawn.

You probably don't necessarily have to heal the red drake to get the Wyrmkillers to lock on, but I'm playing a healy-spec so it's all I tried.

Edit: Druids in Flight Form can body pull these before they target the other mobs. Druids cannot be dismounted from flight form, so this may be an easier way to kite these.

Edit*: If you body pull these while they are still in the air heading towards the mobs they attack you can kite them easily while flying. Just don't get too far away from them or let them dismount you. They will still stop to do their fire breath.

    Edit:**

Damn, Phased zones loses the mobs too. So when kiting to kill worgan babies, avoid the sludge fields etc

Wasted a good 20 mins kiting two mobs to there.

Still killed a couple of low levels enroute.

Wow great find... do you know if they're aggroable in flight form? How did you mount in combat? Anyway sounds like Chosen Zealot 2.0, except they fly and don't lose aggro outside the zone.

You can aggro them in Flight Form and on a flying mount. You need to aggro them in the first stage of their cycle though. While they are flying in, before they land and begin attacking. Just fly in their faces for a few seconds.

These don't seem to fly in combat... the minute i aggro them in the air they fall down for some reason.
