this Exploit is fun to do once and a while for pure enjoyment. doesn't get you anything other than laughs really.

Step 1: get the Escort quest from The TB dailies.

Step 2: go to Farson hold in the basement.

Step 2.5: press Escape. go to Key bindings. go to the "Targeting Functions" section and bind "Interact with target" to any key. (WHERES THE ANY KEY I KNOW RITE)

Step 3: click the Prisoner and SPAM THAT KEY. you will get 2/3 prisoners. IMMEDIATLY attack one of the prisoners in the room. they will start attacking that prisoner.

Step 4: when the Quest prisoner respawns, select him and spam the button again! another 2 or 3 prisoners. attack another mob.

repeat steps 3 and 4 until you get bored.

Step 5: attack everything in the room and run out of the hold. wait by the entrance. eventually your bear army will come out. the trick to keeping the bears from despawning or running back to farson hold is to hold them in combat. by holding them in combat they continue around the area wrecking FACE. you can one shot alliance / horde with this. i don't suggest it... you don't want to get banned after all.

step 6: Bask in your general chat infamy with your bear army.

Damn it since the last time i reinstalled windows i forgot to put my vid editing software back on.... im installing it now then i'll upload a vid with some better music than me pounding away on my mechanical keyboard keys.... althought the CLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACK is verry satisfying.

EDIT: they dont immediatly despawn... they just kind of sit there... the best way to go about it is just run ahead of then using nondamage abilities on ANYHTING. critters, mobs, alliance / horde.... keep them moving and in combat.


i want to see what they would do to the elite shark

Do they despawn when you zone or is this usable in raids/pvp?

diddnt try to zone so i dont know. its an escort quest so i doubt they would zone.

pvp: i suppose you could kite them to the huge pack of alliance gathered by the TB gates. dunno. dont feel like pushing my luck really. you'll have to try

well, did u get the quest done like that or its just for fun to attack ppl?

do they bug and stop responding if u move too far from the hold?

if u get to kill the quest mobs like that, can you still loot em?

Dunno if you get quest credit. dont see why not, i was able to loot....
no. they bug and stop responding when you drop combat SOMETIMES. but i dont know the exact reasons. sometimes re-entering combat will make them re-trigger.
can loot.... but i was just killing crap.

and i looked back SEVEN pages too!

in defense: My post has a video showing the add creation and what you can do with it. the other posts just talk about creating lots of adds. i DO something with them.

none of the other posts describes using the interact with target keybind to spawn multiple mobs at one time.

in either case: if the mods want to close it and use the video on one of the other posts go ahead. i think this post is worthwhile.
