    Blood of the evolved massive damage buff

    Removed after discovering the buff wasn't that great. But its not bad.

    It stacks because of how it works. each time it procs, you lose a stack. it's really not that much of a damage boost.

    Ya just did the math it's around 1.86% damage buff on most bosses not as strong as I thought.
