Long buffs with short duration (example: Sprint)

This might have been here for ages but I think this is a bit different method.
When you sprint, pull your internet wire off when 1second of sprint is left. Pull it off for max 5 seconds so you wont disconnect.

You will see that your duration stays at 0seconds till your connection comes back to WoW. In this time you are half disconnected you will keep running forward with speed boost and other people will see you warping all the way to the spot you ran to.

    Try it yourself, it works

if using one of the apple laptops, you can sustain up to 2 minutes of this. This is due to the OS is kinda slow at telling wow that you have no internet cable connected.
Windowns on the other hand, is more unstable.
Areas that are not that crowded seems capped for me, at 28-30 secs. While populated areas are around 6 secs.
