What you need is:

1. One of the new mounts, such as Vial of the Sands (the Stone drake that can carry a passenger)
2. The item: [Iron Boot Flask]

Bonus: if you are a gnome / goblin then you can use the transformer that transform you into a christmas gnome!

What to do:

Mount your drake (that transform you into one of the new stonedrakes!)
Use the Iron Boot Flask
