Engineering item in arena

Hey, this engineering item does 8k dmg and interrupts and can be used in arena, I don't believe this is intended as basically no other items are, really usefull! It doesn't take a trinket slot or anything like that, it can be in ur bag while used.

This is the item:

most likely not intended to work like that, and yeah its a good find but seriously, whats the point of moving this to elite? its not a private exploit, its something you use against other players, and in a competitive environment at that. anyone can check their combat logs and see what hit and interrupted them

I faintly remember a Blue Post saying that this is meant to be used in arena. I will try and look for the post.

it says "Not useable in arena" on the item aswell but it works

I thought it was supposed to work in arenas.

The "Not useable in Arena" is on the JC Figurines, yet they work.

If other professions get to use their stuff in arena, why shaft Engineering. Wrath shafted it, and it shouldn't be like that in Cata.

Well basically it would mean every serious PvPer would be forced to go engineering for that extra interrupt, and blizz doesn't like doing that.

Isn't Engineering basically made for pvping? That's all I get use of it from. Why take it out. Why not be able to use all engineering tinkers be able to use in arena. I was able to use the invisible field in arena today and it was great. Who would expect a shaman being invisible
