Best Deals Anywhere, Vial of Sands & Mechanohog

I'm fairly sure this isn't intended, as these NPCs do not have a faction, however the Goblin racial "Best Deals Anywhere" reduces the prices of these items. This brings mechanohog parts down to 9600g, and Vial of Sand to 23.2kg.

I don't expect these to last, so take advantage while you can!

it IS working as intended, every npc including the ones without factions have a exalted discount but +Rep for the tip!

With a racial "Best Deals Anywhere", I think you can safely say "Working as intended".

Theres a npc in Twilight that sells Dust of DIsappear for 10g, and goblins dont get discount there...

5% is only 50s so it probably isn't programmed to deal outside of whole gold, where items of larger value would show a discount.
