    get rid of adds in house of origination

    when you are at the 2nd floor you can tank adds makin them stand on the elevator... while you are not standing on it.... and just tell a buddy to click the elevator button... bam they are on the 1st floor and cant reach you...
    you still stay in combat... can be used to temporary get rid of adds

    tested on emeriss eu
