farming tabard rep solo(25-35)

First time poster, long timer lurker. Not sure if this has been posted or if this can even be considered an exploit. From what i've seen you can only gain tabard rep in instances. The mobs outside scarlet monastery however give rep and they are non elite. They are around 29 or so people in the 25-35 range should get max rep from them. They were giving my 26 mage 15 rep a kill, the same amount of rep you would get in instances.

Doesnt seem to work as it should, although i cant really find a good use for this,
Their respawn is rather low, bursting instances would go way faster...

It may not be efficient but if you need the rep, happen to be in the level range of the mobs and are dps, you can do this while waiting for your queue to pop. As far as i can tell this is the only place outside of an instance you can get rep.
