that give you an argent Ligthwell and with it you can put ligthweel anywhere.

about it being an exploit or not . I don't know. =) I think it was not intended by the dev that it could be used anywhere.

About the prequest they worked fine for me so i dont know. that suck

OK, since there is a DELAY until you get the buff, you can spam lightwells in a close area.. its infinite, you can use it outside EPL, its nice, annoying, can be usefull in some sitatuions, mark where to run towards at bosses, instead of flares and shit.

Its a item like the old grenade from venomspite, im totaly hanging onto this.
REP easily, quest or not, dont think its intended to spam it outside the questarea, most items now got "only usable in. blabla" like the bag you can get to spawn in some EPL quest. they probably forgot to fix the restricted area on it.
