    'Marking the fallen' quest convience.

    Alliance version: Marking the Fallen - Quest - World of Warcraft
    Horde version: Marking the Fallen - Quest - World of Warcraft
    The provided quest item 'Banner of the Fallen' does not trigger the global cooldown,
    Just spam click the banner, When I did the quest I was able to mark the same soldier 3 times.

    Note: I did not try this out with a horde character but it should work the same way.
