Hyjal Fishing Spot - Hot to get there easily!

I dunno if this has been posted yet but since they hot fixed the flying exploit I had to find a new way to get to the hyjal fishing spot.

Easiest way.... Die, get on the mount. While dead head left and fly around the mountain down to the fishing spot. From there work your way back checking where you can land safely without being ported. Take notes of landing spots every 30 or so feet.

You can still rez and have the flying mount for 6 seconds.

So from your starting point at the base of the mountain die.... Run into hyjal, fly to your body. Fly up as far as you can to accept rez.

When you accept, immediately fly up as high as you can while moving above your next landing spot so you fall down and die at that spot (unless you can kill yourself like a lock, you can cut down the amount of stops you have to make).

Rinse and repeat until you eventually make it to the fishing spot. Locks can do it in about 3 to 4 step... Classes that can't kill themselves can make it in about 4/5 steps.

U can always use the character stuck function to kill your self. So all classes can. But also a way to do it if u don't got any priest around

Can someone else who knows how to get to the spot without being a priest show it in a video from the Ghost mount part to the extact fishing spot ?

I can confirm you can get there with around 4 Stuck/Deaths.

You start on the edge of winterspring, on the ledge where you would start if you were a priest. Die - > run into hyjal -> get spirit mount and fly around (but in Winterspring !) to you corpse -> ress higher on the hill / move. Stay on the edge of the mountain. Kill yourself, get mount, repeat. The path is same as with wall climbing but much higher - where you can actually stand. Stay close the the edges so you don't enter hyjal when ressed / get ported out.

To bad that they hotfixed the flying bug...it was easily to get to the "fishing spot" with it...

Okay here are some screens how to do this in 4-5 Stucks/Deaths. You can check the coords above minimap.

Note that after ress you can fly for 2-5 secs before the gryph drops you. Use that to your advantage but don't rely on this, you can **** up easily.

You can run a bit now...




After this you are on a hill from where you can see the fishing location. It is possible to jump down but there is a big chance you will either fall down or jump into Hyjal and get ported. So I really recommend to die one more time on top and fly there one more time and ress down there for more safety.
