Minor Exploit - Lost in the floods

Hey guys
This is a small bug but it's worth a small amount of xp for low levels in durotar.
What happens is that in the quest Lost in the Floods you get Thonk's Spyglass - Item - World of Warcraft
when you use it from the tower, it far sights and find one of the 4 guys you're looking for to complete the quest.
If it passes through zones you have not explored you, it will tell you you discovered it and give you the exp bonus for it

It is in fact a tiny amount of experience but it might still help lowbies lvl a little faster

Seems lowbie only or its bugged/unaviable on my server or just i cant pickup it on level 80
