It's pretty easy to contribute garbage like the other .99% of the community is doing (.99% because there is still .01% contributing stuff that's actually worth the bandwidth). I remember when these forums actually had solid contributions worth reading. That was before the wave ZOMGREPPLX noobs invaded...
