Leashing the Lich King all modes any class

Okay, so this is a 80% of the time exploit that also relies on RNG. I came across this exploit while my guild was working on progression on Heroic LK 25, and having to wipe maybe 25+ times in a hour.

If battling again Lich King, at any level (heroic or regular), you can actually leash him, and survive the encounter without dying to a wipe. A few details are required that I've experimented with.

- Must be one of the last standing people in the raid
- Clearly must be 35-40+ yards away from where the LK was/is fighting people
- Nobody can be near you, unless it's another class that can vanish and/or fade completely dropping their aggro.
- I've survived while having Necrotic Plague, but only because my class can dispel it.
- All the furthest tips of the throne can be leashed on, for greatest results. I have done it on top of the thrown itself, but i can't support equal results as this method.

Yeah, he vanishes and you survive the wipe, while the rest of the group is dead

Might be an exploit, but to me it sounds like more of a guide type of thread.

All attempts on heroic LK, never have we lusted/heoris off the start - i've done bane 7 times, successfully without lusting/heroism on the start. If dps is good enough, you wont have to

Better to Hero/Lust during Valk Phase. With the 30% buff, you shouldn't be anywhere near the enrage timer...

One thing I have noticed is that if his main target either jumps off or flies off the edge, if there is no one near he also despawns along with his adds.

Only useless thing on this thread is your comment, I appreciate your tiny mind trying to understand how nice of an exploit this is, but to the rest of us wiping 30-40 times in a night with a guild or pug, this is a useful piece of insight to save gold and running back time. Especially with guilds that don't offer guild repairs to trials and such.

I'm not exactly sure that this is an exploit but this is a very good tool to use when working on progression LK.

If you think this is useless you probably haven't cleared saurfang on 10 normal.
