It is in Shadowmooon Valley. Also requires you to be neutral or higher with Netherwing.

I just tried this 10 times exactly as stated above. THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR ME.

When you say SHOULD, do u mean you haven't tested this yourself?? Or did u mean we will be able to fly?

I assume it's something like go to netherwing ledge, mount up on your x-53, then fly through the dark portal...but idk after that.

fly to netherwing ledge on your rocket, make sure you get the buff but your mount does not change, fly to the dark portal, land on the ground and go through it, go back in again, then go out again, and u should be able to fly.

I can confirm that this works as (re-)described by Jareth123. Seems to dismount you though as soon as you change subzones (i.e., fly away from the "Dark Portal" area in Blasted Lands).
