Faster BG que.

I have found a way to get very fast BG que times.

This method gives around 5 min que times offpeak and almost instant que times at peak.

Step 1 - Sign up for battle ground.
Step 2 - Alt+F4
Step 3 - Re-open wow, and log back in on the same character you qued with.
Step 4 - Enter BG!

This has worked for me since 4.0.1 as a level 80. I first noticed it when I qued for a BG, then got disconnnected. I logged back in and got a instant BG que, even tho usually I was waiting for ~15 mins.

I tried to get the same results, and it seems to work with Alt+F4.

Please Note: This will not give the same results for lower levels, as there are not many people in the BG ques, but from reports of a guildie, this method seemed to speed up his que time as a low level.

It will not work for LFD as you are removed from the que following a disconnect.

This is not a repost: I searched for things similar, and only found one, involving queing with multiple chars simultaneously. This is not the same thing.

its not the same, faxm just logs back in after playing a bg on another character

works for me, the average BG queue time was 30min but i got in one under 3min

My BG queue was 8 minutes. I alt-f4ed, logged back in and waited 9 minutes for queue to pop. Maybe it was bad luck, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.
