Hi,
While playing with Frostspecc today i found that, even though i had just 1 point spent in Piercing chill, the effect still applied to 2 targets.
I could only reliably test that on dummies though.

Not that great of an advantage but still nice.

You sure that it wasnt applied from two different frostbolts?

yes, because only crits apply the chilling effect

Would you mind clarifying if you mean applied to 2 targets or 2 ADDITIONAL targets? Because 1 point in Piercing Chill applies the effect to 1 ADDITIONAL target (aka 2 targets total) and 2 points applies to 2 ADDITIONAl targets (aka 3 targets total)

Indeed, i mean 2 additional targets, that´s why i think it´s a (very little) exploit.
