Long time viewer, first time poster

I in no way take credit for finding this as it's an old "bug" (if you will) and blizzard stopped it by not allowing you to buff path of ice, water walking or any type of buff with the same effect before the battleground started.

Since 4.0.1 you can once again buff water walking before the match and if you're the first one to the beach and quick to buff it you can get out to the opposition boat while they're still mid-map, jump inside their ship, run to the deck and Thunderstorm most of them into the sea.

I did not make this video but it shows how it is done (this guy is kinda slow at doing it though). If done right you can knock them in the water about half way up the map which should take about 1-2 minutes to swim to shore if they don't have a water walking buff themselves. You however can just ride the boat to the dock with the few remaining members of their team and now you only really have one boat to worry about for the sake of spending 20 seconds doing this.

It was fixed a while back, but what I'm think he's saying is that it is now doable again from reading the bottom of his post.

I don't think I could have made it more clear that I didn't take credit for this and that it was a repost stating that it is now possible again.

I shouldn't see why not although I can't confirm it the same mechanics should apply to the boat (jump as soon as you're "inside" it)

He was pointing out that this is an old patch and I was pointing out that in the old patches you cant see earthquake on shamans

Can't get it to work on horde as a tauren shaman somehow. I just go through the entire boat without latching onto the object. I then get stuck in a little space between the water wheel at the back.
