Change your male toon to a female.

Prerequisites:
Completion of the quest: The Crone's Bargain in stormpeaks.
Having the item(s): Orb of the Sin'dorei or possibly Orb of Deception (Don't have that one, but should work in theory)

Simply go to Sifreldar Village, the Forlorn Mine, or Brunnhildar Village and use the orb when you're transformed. You should change to the female model of blood elf or opposing faction match.

Have fun luring some moron into some ERP as a naked belf and then changing to a Male Tauren

Other possibilities:

Cba to test this but I reckon it could work with females changed to a leper gnome to become male.
May work with other transformation items in game.

P.S. Sorry Orb of the Sin'dorei only works for 5 min, corrected the title to reflect that. :doh:

Tested with the Orb of the Sin'dorei but not the Orb of Deception since I don't have it.

I used to use pygmy oil + the orb of sindorei to make my male human a female bloodelf. You stand naked in SW and dance, its fun to watch them all scatter when you turn back into a naked human male . Not sure this really belongs in exploits though.

This also works with Hallow's end costumes (ninja costume, pirate and etc.)

Easier method and works for all levels: drink pygmy oil until you turn into a gnome. Use your transformation of choice. Been using this way forever.

For the other way around (female to male), you can pop an iron boot flask, then your transformation of choice.

Also if you want to go from Female to male use Iron Boot Flask - Item - World of Warcraft and then use Orb of sin'dorei or enything u want to transform in..
