I think i know why, because he is dropping HP, the grunt think hes under attack, i dont know for sure, but thats what i think.

It's due Soul Link, and is a pretty old exploit.

Hellfire transfers a part of the damage you take to the pet and it's considered hostile damage to your pet. Considering you are Horde, your pet is too. If he takes damage, it's due a "hostile" doing damage to it. In this case guards will protect fellow Horde, and therefor he will start yelling that sentence as if there's an Alliance attacking a fellow Horde.
