Okay so i was doing AB and after i left the battle i noticed that my rage was going up so i tried to figure out how i did it. I found that if you use Bloodrage right before the battle ends you regenerate rage once your out of the battle(this goes for any battleground or arena) when you are regenerating rage you are in combat so you cant mount, using bloodrage again or switching stances will break the effect. kinda useless but just thought it was cool

This also works when you use bloodrage before entering a battle

This also works for druids...but without anger management. We dont keep getting rage we just never lose any. O and instead of bloodraging right before the end of a BG you shapeshift to bear

Also:

1) Find an instance.
2) Aggro a mob next to it.
3) Wait until bloodrage comes up.
4) Wait until you have 1-2 seconds on it.
5) Once its at one second Zone asap.
6) You will be raged for about 400 seconds

there was a similar exploit awhile ago warriors could build up 2 million attack power by doing the same thing with rampage it was fixed a week after because people started 3 shotting ony
