[Wintergrasp] 3 exploits in 1

So I was messing around in WG again and found this entry spot at Wintergrasp Keep.

From this spot you can:
1) get into WG keep by jumping/flying down onto the ring or room depending on what you want to do there. You can harrass the other faction or just take the portal to Dalaran.

2) Fly down to get underneath Wintergrasp

3) Just set up a bot to farm for WG tokens. I know its pretty far away from the fight, but you still get at least 1 token and if the fight takes longer inside the keep you will get full rank and 3 tokens (with a win ofcourse).

- Fly up to the spot that the video shows and dismount
- Walk all the way into the corner and mount any mount
- Start jumping on the mount or fly for a second or 2 depending on type of mount.
- Now dismount and start jumping without mount.
- You get on the inside platform and from here you got the 3 options!

This was done on a live server as well. Jumping onto the ring takes some aiming. I've also managed to get onto the side up on the wall inside. Theres a ledge around the room you can stand on.

To an extend yeah I suppose it is, but I use it for afk farming. Not doing anything while getting WG tokens. And because of the wall noone can see/attack you. So based on that I figured exploit.

Since people seem to think this is more exploration than exploit I reposted in that thread. I suppose mods can delete this thread then.

what do you do when the "Wintergrasp is about to start" window comes up? Because when you join the group doesn't it make you go back to the flightpath and GY?

You only get that if you are fairly close to the ground. Even while the battle is going on, you can fly high above Wintergrasp without getting prompted to join or dismount. Even from such a height, depending on your location, you can still sometimes get the Mark for having been in Wintergrasp when the battle ended.

Perhaps being "below" Wintergrasp follows the same rules.

yeah, I tested that theory just now. I still got the message and it dismounted me (was flying underground) and just kept falling until I died.

You can just join the group. I've been in that location a couple of times already before the game started. It did not port me down/out or whatever. I was able to stay in the spot till after the game.

Only because they patched that out around 3.1 or so.
