[WG] How to: climb towers with Siege Engine

Note: this is a repost. However, I have discovered this on my own when auto running into a wall while AFKing in WG. I decided to add some information on how this could be of use which isn't already on this forum. I didn't notice it was a repost until I typed the title into this post, but I think this will be of use, seeing as I've never seen anyone use this on my realm.

In this post, I will tell you how to get onto the short walls surrounding the towers in Wintergrasp using the Siege Engine. Like so:


Step one:
become a First Lieutenant so you can purchase and pilot all vehicles(mainly the Wintergrasp Siege Engine - NPC - World of Warcraft ) in Wintergrasp

Step two:
Run to a workshop your faction controls, and purchase a Siege Engine

Step three:
Find a tower you would like to get onto and/or destroy.

Step four:
Goto a corner of your select tower. Like so:



Step five:
Drive your Siege Engine into your selected corner.
Like so:


Step six:
Your Siege Engine will start to move upward
Like so:

(NOTE: if your Siege Engine doesn't move upward, pick another corner, and try again, about 50% work and 50% don't)

Step seven:
Keep driving into the corner.
You should look something like this:


Step eight:
You should now be up on the wall.


I'm up here. Now what do I do?
Well, there are several options you can do now, which can and will help your team win Wintergrasp.

*You can use your Siege Engine to attack the towers without as many enemies trying to attack you
*You can hop into the cannon section of your Siege Engine and shoot people/other vehicles without them attacking you.
*you can push people off the walls using your Ram ability
*and my favorite, You can use your Siege Engine as a way of transporting your team up and over the enemy's walls before the walls are down.


How To transport players onto the wall:
Step one:
Position your Siege Machine next to the edge of the wall(close enough for your team mates to enter the vehicle.)
Like so:


Step two:
Enter the vehicle(from ground level)
Like so:

Step three:
Exit the vehicle

Step four:
you should be on top of the wall
Like so:


Step five:
once you have a small army, you can proceed to over run the base and allow your team's vehicles to destroy the enemy's wall

Nice find, but I would say that it would be faster to just destroy walls

this is on a retail realm. I didn't notice that there weren't any other players around when I took the screen shot xP I'll try to get into another Wintergrasp later today and take some shots of when there are lots of people around.

Good screens..

However!
You seem to be forgetting that there will be an opposite team on those walls/turrets
and your siege engine will live for 2 seconds, aswel will the 'wall jumpers' die in 2sec.
That is if you even get on the wall.
