Lots of [Bag of Heart Candies] (once you open open it the items you get are not souldbound)
Lots of [Box of Chocolates]
2x [Handful of Rose Petals]
2x [Love Rocket]
2x [Silver Shafted Arrow]
5x [Love Fool]

All this items are not soulbound so what you are going to do is:

Give 4 [Lovely Charm Bracelet] to a friend of yours
Your friend gives 4 [Lovely Charm Bracelet] to a alt of yours
You do:
*Grab a mage*
A Gift for the High Priestess of Elune
A Gift for the Prophet
A Gift for the Lord of Ironforge
A Gift for the King of Stormwind
Bonbon Blitz

Then you buy some of the stuff i said before
give it yo your friend
and then your friend gives it to your main
The more alts you have better

Using this you can use 4 [Lovely Charm Bracelet] and turn it in 20 [Love Token] instead of 4
+ the Bonbon Blitz makes 25 [Love Token] per alt
