Greetings.
I searched the forums for any similar posts, but couldn't find any.
The reason I'm posting this find is because I don't know if many of you are in guilds that don't allow simple members to do mass invites for calendar events, but I am in one, and whenever I try to organise, it's a pain.
Also, I don't know if this is an exploit (not sure tbh) or common sense, but it's a workaround the "mass invite" restriction.
So, when a guild doesn't allow mass invites for events created by it's members (only officers, or different ranks, etc) - you can do this.
1. You need to find a past event that had all the guildies in it mass invited.
2. You need to gain moderator/leader in that event. (it may be past, doesn't matter).
3. Right click the event in your calendar, and select "Copy".
4. Right click the day you want the new event to take place in, and click paste.
Via this way, a new event like the last one will be created and all guildies mass invited for it. You'll be the event organizer and not the person who, for example, gave you moderator status in the first place.
Now you can modify the event to suit your needs (Be it raid/whatever), the time, and you can update everything as you wish.
Good luck and have fun, and again, sorry if I posted in the wrong section, or if this is "working as intended"/etc.
Bye!
