Anyways, you need sound effects on.
All you do is click the friendly NPC repeatedly, e.g. a guard.
They will make a voiceover being friendly.
Now keep clicking him.
He will eventually get mad.

Extremely useless. I was expecting being able to kill friendly npcs, not just crappy sounds. This is older than warcraft itself.
