[MAGE] Slow Fall Buffs Illustration of the Dragon Soul

OK - It worked before in 3.1. Casting "slow fall" on you out of combat would buff you with your trinket buff... Then they changed the tool tip info for Illustration of the Dragon Soul to have it only effect "damaging" spells in 3.2. Supposedly nerfed?! Well, go ahead and cast 10x Slow Fall buff on you before your next boss fight and see what happens in 3.3 ... Here is my proof of me casting slow fall on me in a Pit of Saron run... (see my UI telling my buffs?)

nerf? it still gave the same amount of SP you only had to wait a few seconds to stack it infight.

They nerfed the spellpower on it from 26 to 18 and then increased it to 20.

This also works for Solace of the Fallen - Item - World of Warcraft (solace of the fallen)

Equip: Increases spell power by 150.
Equip: Each time you cast a helpful spell, you gain 16 mana per 5 sec. for 10 sec. Stacks up to 8 times.

As a priest its easy to keep this stacked up 8 times all the time using levitate
