[Arena] Bufftips for war/pala combinations

There is a way to have commanding shout on your pala and battleshout on your dps at one time:

1. Buff Commanding Shout
2. Blessing of Might on the pala, Blessing of Kings on the dps
3. Buff Battleshout (because pala has BoM, Commanding Shout will stay)
4. Pala buffs himself Blessing of Kings

Actually, it is common sense as might is stronger than battle shout, it wont overwrite. Not really an exploit.
