WSG shooting trough window.

Hi everybody,

While I was in wsg today on my newb hunter I noticed I could shot trough the horde window in the flag room. I just had to walk past it to target an enemy, then I went back and could shoot and cast every spell to hurt the allies. But they couldnt hurt me ^^

No idea if this is a repost or an extremely old bug/exploit, new on ranged dps so:confused:

I have known about this since the dawn of WSG (well not really but meh) never seen it posted but never really gave it much thought. When PvP'in I have a macro /targetenemyplayer .. You can use that in the little room so you can stay behind the window and not risk being seen running out to target.

Shooting trough a solid structure with skills? Didnt think that was able that's why I thought this was different. Thought that only worked for auto shot etc.

Anyway sorry for trying to post something I didnt see before...and might contribute something.

it's good that you try to contribute for unfortunately for you this has been known for a very long time and everyone probably figures this out on his own. You can also shoot/cast through all the tree stumps and through the ground (from low ground through a hill to a guy standing on higher ground) everywhere in WSG

well try to think about whether or not your exploit is really new, and uselful before posting it.

I think you guys are pretty overflaming now, even if many knew about this it has not been posted before what I know and imo it is atleast useful.

Things that have not been posted and that is kinda useful are rare, therefore save the flaming for the other stuff.

Its the equivalent of me posting "If you open your spell book, drag fireball to your hot bar, target someone, and click fireball, it will cast and do damage" sure, some nubs could have not known about this, but its completely working as intended and is not an exploit at all.

This has been in game since vanilla, works on both sides , you just have to tab target.
