[Hallows End] Reset Helm Laugh

You know The Horseman's Horrific Helm has 30 sec. cooldown on the awesome laughter.

When you zone, this cooldown will be reset.
So you can pretty much laugh with this with only 2 seconds interval, by entering an instance, laughing, going out again, laughing, etc.

I don't see how this is useless. On a PvE server it'd be hilarious to go in and out of SM instances to piss off allliance or horde until they flag. So imo not useless at all.

This guy/girl is pretty annoying around here. I can pretty much expect to see a Sayu filler reply in any thread I view. It's funny how you never see it contributing in any way, yet it complains about how useless everyone else is

Agreed -- He posts in soooo many threads with never giving any praise, even for effort, and consistently being negative. I don't think this is useless at all. While it may not be VERY useful, it is far from useless and kind of fun. =)
