Easy method for "A Traitor's Shadow" BE Quest

Hey, first post, found this while questing in the Ghostlands

For the quest chain involving Deatholme, the first quest is called "A Traitor's Shadow". It asks you to travel to Dawnstar Spire in NE Ghostlands to find a journal. The problem with this is that the mobs at the spire, which are the large robot patrollers, are massively over-powered. They have a knockdown effect that they use VERY often. they hit clothie's for around 30 per, and they hit fast. It's quite difficult to solo clear to the journal in the spire.


For this trick to work, you need to be a mage, or possibly a rogue with sprint (I don't know which level rogues get sprint, however). The quest is lvl 16. You need to have slowfall, so don't forget the feather.

go around to the back of the spire, (80.6, 17.0). There is a large cliff over-looking the platform with the journal. What you need to do is walljump up the side of the cliff. Looking straight at the cliff, go to the left to a bulge in the mountainside. You can make your way up the side and carefully jump to that ledge. Then, use your slowfall/sprint to make the jump to the platform. MAKE SURE YOU WAIT FOR THE PATROL TO LEAVE.

no need for video its pretty simple to understand. Im glad I made a BE mage who is on that quest right now.
