For one of the new dailies Mistcaller Yngvar - Quest - World of Warcraft, you get a quest item to summon him then you kill him to complete the quest. The item you use only has a one second cooldown. You can use this to summon him over and over again for easy experience but keep in mind you have to kill him first before you can resummon him. He doesn't drop items, but does give experience. You can get 700k+ exp an hour if you're 78 or 79 or use it help level someone (since you can have them buy the cold weather flying book and just hover overhead).

Need to be exalted with Silver Convenant (ally) and have Crusader title
