Go to the dalaran sewers and look around for one of the dalaran sewer pots, drink it and hopefully become a walrus, if you do not become a walrus keep getting pots and using them till you become one. When you are a walrus eat a savory deviate delight and presto, you are a male ninja or pirate!

Also this has been know for a long time, sure there are various methods, but it all comes down to switching the model with a certain buff then using a savory.

I remember when using the Savory Deviate Delights and Dartol's Rod of Transformation would change your gender. I'd sell my fish as a chick, and seduce men, and change back to be hillarious. Rofl.
