Dual Spec Fun

This might have different effects depending on how you use it.

This will allow you to use "Impact" and your main spec. If you spec into a fire spec that is heavy fire (using Impact, Blazing Speed, and Hot Streak!) and use it, cast some fire spells till you proc your Hot Streak and Impact. If you have combustion up at the time, it should work as well.

Next, as soon as you get these 2 buffs, log out immediately. When you log back in, you SHOULD have all these proc's still. Switch talent specs and you should be able to stun every time with your Fire Blast.

If not all your buffs are there, you should at least be able to stun with your fire blast each time.
