Bypass the resetting of arena points when season 7 starts!

The day before season 7 starts buy some gear with your currently accrued arena points.

When the restarts/shutdowns is/are over you should be able to login and vendor the arena gear you got for points(albeit lower than what you paid but hey, you would rather have 3kish than 0 right?) and have a head start on everybody else in the new season


Warning though, the TTD of the ability to sell back counts down when logged out when the server is up. So if you choose to do this make sure you have time to devote to be on right when the server goes back up.


This can also be done with Raid tokens and such at shutdown but i can't post it due to it being in the elite area already :c

Anyway, don't you think servers will be offline longer then 2 hours? so you lose the ability to sell it back to the vendor?

9/10 sure this will never work

listed on arena junkies when buy back weapons r introduced

one of the reason behind this is that the items e.g furious legs will have a different arena point requirement, so if spend say 2k points for it, the points to sell back will not match and probly cause an error.

i could be wrong. either way i gues someone to buy a 1850 weapon n find out nxt month when s7 start

It won't work mainly because the new season won't begin until a week has passed after it's ended so unless you plan on staying logged offline for an entire week which I highly doubt, it's not going to work period. And even if it was going to work in some remote fantasy, they can easily change the code to make the first week unrefundable for items purchased pre-patch.

points aren't reset until the new season starts, not when s6 ends.
