Proc Trinkets/Talents in Zul'drak via quest

To the best of my knowledge, this isn't a repost. Searched for a few different key words on this and found nothing.

While leveling in Zul'drak just now, I discovered something interesting. If you've invested the two points in Blood for Butchery (grants runic power when you kill a target that gives xp/honor) and you're doing the quest "This Just In: Fire Still Hot!" from Light's Breach, you can fill your runic power bar in a very short amount of time without ever entering combat.

Simply put out the fires as per the quest. Each one you put out is treated as if you'd just killed an enemy yielding xp/honor. This will also trigger Swift Hand of Justice (Confirmed, I use two of them and they both proc on this. Vendetta from the blood tree also procs with these, so I'm getting 10% of my max hp for putting out a fire!). I'm 99% certain that anything with an effect that triggers on killing an enemy will work here.

I'm aware that the area of use this particular exploit has is highly limited, but it does carry the potential to save your life if you pull one too many trolls or if you have competition of the opposite faction on a pvp server.

Oh, and the quest is available to both factions, so anyone can benefit from this, provided that they haven't already completed the quest.
