Easy weapon skill training

This method requires minimal effort for any other class that a druid or rogue, perhaps a mage also.

Go into SL normal and skip/kill the first room trash it's easilly soloable.

Run up to the first boss WITHOUT killing anything in his room.

Hit the boss with your weapon whichever you want to level, stand behind him you wont pull any mobs and you can just afk and leave it to level.

Doesn't it just say "Immune" and don't count for skillup?

Im not sure if this still works, there was the same bug for the demon banished on top of BT in shadowmoon valley but recently I was unable to skillup from him. Has anyone tested this to make sure this one works?

tested this a while ago, hasn't worked in ages if i remember correctly.

just go get a grey low lvl weapon, find a NPC with a decent sized health pool and right click on them. only takes a few hours, and you get about ~50s in the process :P

Jesus fking H christ..... Repost of a repost to the infinite power. Also, this has been fixed for ages. On top of that, there are no NPC's left to level your melee weapon skill that do not die and do not fight back.

Your best bet to afk your weapon skill is get an autoclicker and make a macro to /tar deeprun rat and /startattack on the IF side of the tram. deeprun rats respawn very quickly and theres a spot that you can stand that two rats will respawn on top of/patrol to.
