[Robes of Insight]: When the buff from this item is up, Runic Power abilities are free. The -500 mana cost equates to -50 Runic Power cost on any abilities.

In Unholy Presence, you can use 10 Frost Strikes in a row and pretty much kill anyone if you have decent equipment.

[Spark of Hope]: This item reduces the cost of all Runic Power spells by 4. Again, reducing Mana cost by 10 reduces the Runic Power cost by 1.

This lets you do 8 Frost Strikes instead of 7 with the same Runic Power pool. About a 14.3% total increase in Frost Strike damage. For frost DPS, this makes this trinket the second best PvE trinket next to Greatness.

[Burst of Knowledge]: This also reduces Runic Power cost, but only by 10.

[Auslese's Light Channeler]: This also reduces Runic Power cost, but only by 22.

It's clearly not the intended use of the effect on the items. They do not advertise a reduction in Runic Power ability cost.

intresting. However can you clarify if items like robe of the insight only reduces runic power cost for one spell or for a certain duration? because your post isn't very clear

Is there something bugged with the RoI aside from -500 mana equalling -50 RP? The buff only lasts 10 sec, and is good for only one strike according to the description. I haven't sat down and mathematically figured this out based on the game formulas, but given that you can't swap armor during combat it seems like you'd lose more damage from loss of stats over the course of the combat than you'd gain from your one -50 RP strike after you attack with it.

Are there any simular trinkets that give like "Reduces the mana cost of all spells cast within 10 seconds by x", because these should only work for one spell the ones you already listed?
