Duel A Horse

If you challenge someone to a duel at the Argent Tournament, and they get on the jousting mount, then accept the duel, you get to kill a horse. They can't fight back, but their shield works. Useless, but fun.

There needs to be a forum for useless exploits like this IMHO because these kinds of things often are just a clever application away from being somehow useful.
