Remove debuf from fighting valiants

During the tournament when you hit rank 2 (Valiant) you will get a quest called "The Grand Melee" where you must dual 3 valiants, when you defeat on you get and hour long debuff where you cant fight another from the same faction, If you want to get rid of it kill yourself, when you die the debuff goes away.

I guess you might want to remove the debuff if you just want to duel more than 10 times per hour. Wouldn't see much of a reason to do so though.

The reason of doing so is getting the achievement Lance a lot faster. The main intentions is to make you go through every rank and achieve it at the end, but doing this makes you get it asap. Just remember one thing, don't complete the quest. You can't duel them unless you're on the quest.

But you don't have to remove any debuffs to get Lance a Lot faster. You only have to kill 1 of each, and you only get the debuff if you successfully kill one. The only purpose in removing the debuff would be to keep fighting the NPC's more than 10x for pleasure.

I don't see the need for this, I finished all my fights on first try, all aboce 43k health..

Strat : when you talk to NPC, make sure you got 3 stacks of armor and one ready to go.
talk to him. he will walk to the middle, back up a bit and spam 2 till he comes to you.
he should have no stacks, run away, press 2 and charge, then thrust him. rinse and repeat, I don't even know why they made such an easy achievement

Thanks for the strat logout but also remember to take your armor off before killing yourself to get rid of debuff.
