[How To] Prevent Flight Master From Summoning Minions

Hello mmowned.

I don't know if this is a repost or not, but theres a MUCH easier way to kill a flight master if your bored and just want to stop hordies/alliance toons from getting on that flight path!

All you do, is stun the flight master before you fight him and BAM! He doesn't summon those annoying gryphons/windryders.

As a warlock, I send my felguard after him with intercept.

That being said, again I do NOT know if this is a repost so just flame away if it is.

I doubt this is true. As a rogue I always open with a stun, and they still summon those damn birds.

This doesn't happen 100% of the time.
Once happened for a friends rogue I was playing on.

Yes... This works 100%... I've been playing a rogue for 3 years and have been using it for a while xD

It works 100% of the time if you do it RIGHT.
As a rogue open it up with a cheap shot. My friend (level 65 rogue) and I always raid Crossroads for the hell of it and we always kill flight master EASILY this way.

This have been working almost every time for me as a rogue, just cheap shot, kidney and he's dead before kidney is gone.

When i did this on 70 with my rogue, the flight masters always summoned the gryphons anyways. Gonna try it on my pally to see how it goes.

I'm pretty sure it only works if you have a stun, not like a fear... as in, Pounce / kidney shot.

yeah like it matters, your level 80, you can take the minions down easy enough

If you are a rogue and sap first it does not work.

just run up and cheap shot, it works
