Battle.net Account - Please Read! (This will help alot of yous)

Well,


I had an Account.
I didn't have my registered information on it.

So lets say the name was "Jack Owner"
That's the Name that was registered to the Account.

One day,
The Account was LOCKED.
And had to send in the Registered Account Owner's ID to get that account back.
But No, I brought that Account and I didn't have the ID to send in.



So this is what you do...




1. Make a Battle Net account with YOUR REGISTERED INFORMATION! (YOUR DETAILS)

2. Merge the Locked account onto your Battle Net account

3. Print off the Fax sheet.

4. Fill it in

5. Attach YOUR ID to it.

6. Get your account back!



There you go,
You get your locked account back which wasn't registered in your Name.
Back with your ID!

I do not believe this is going to work. And if it works it's only for US at the moment, because EU cannot merge accounts yet - and it's probably not going to be available to merge account with EU accounts.

thanks, just a word of warning though for some, within in a couple hours of the new battlenet system my brothers account was hacked so just be careful :-)

Yeah well, hackers just don't randomly hack somebody's account.

it will be avible for EU very soon,but based on blizz experiance of forced ownershipping of scammed and NOT OO accounts in US, they are going to be more strict in europe and actually paying attention on what they approve/not approve. Too bad EU always gets screwed over
