You're not in combat when you are dead.

You can do it before boss and since more ppl are gonna be doing bgs from anywhere the ques are gonna be faster (on ptr, anyway)

The problem i see is most queues for alliance on my server are all < 2 minutes. So unless you wipe within 4? (you get 2 to enter right?) minutes it's pointless. As of right now all ulduar fight are around 7+ minutes.
