The title pretty much says it. You can click the logout button or use /camp while on a vehicle, and when the 20 second delay screen comes up you can still move Have fun

You can't ordinarily move while logging out, now you can. Thus it's an exploit. If it's useful for something or not has nothing to do with it. Perhaps someone will find a use.
