Raise yer Enchanting with 2 chants??

Enchanting well we all know its a pain rite?? well today i found out somthign cool
[Enchanting: Small Prismatic Shard] is green for me rite now at lvl 340 chanting and [Enchanting: Large Prismatic Shard] this is gray for me now i got tested my theroy out and found out just keep doing these to enchants all you need are the recipies both of them i know you find the large prismatic at the enchanting vendor at shattrah but i dont know how where the small prismatic shard recipie iso you just go back and fourth and make them till they are gray

Large Prismatic -> 3 Small Prismatic -> Large Prismatic -> 3 Small Prismatic

even if its gray, you'll still get skill, is what I assume he's saying.

Pretty sure the bug you are referring to is only usable by blood elves due to their racial enchanting bonus. As far as i know this was still working as of 3.03 but im unsure if it was fixed after the latest patch, and you were only able to get 10 free skill ups from it (335-345)

You have to be a Blood elf, and it gets you the +10 points from your racial buff, due to you learning it 10 actual skills early. <.<'

I think that he means something like this:

3 Small Prismatic Shards -> 1 Large Prismatic Shard = Green (may occasionally get you 1 point skillup)
1 Large Prismatic Shard -> 3 Small Prismatic Shards = Gray (Won't give you any skillups)

So what you do is go back and forth between those 2 types of Shards to occasionally get yout 1 point from the first (green) transition. In which case it isn't a bug at all, but working as intended.
But as other posters said, this can obviously be used by Bloodelves to push enchanting the easy way. So if there is an exploit, it lies herein.

I actually don't have an enchanter above 220 or so, so can't test it...
