If a blizzard employee found it they might put an invisible wall at the ledge spot and might intensify the battlemages to teleport you nomatter where in the tier you go

Lol, you could not be more WRONG. Blizzard aren't robots, they are people, and check threads manually. This is 100% likely to be read by Blizzard, but they aren't going to care. You can't do anything in there, and it doesn't give you an advantage over other players.

Therefor, not an exploit.
